initially the room provided was very small hardly 5x6 feet. then after payment of 1000 rupees extra it was changed to a different room which was little bigger in size. first room was precisely like a kholi in Mumbai terms. rest things were average 🙏

good hotel and services all are supported good behaviour from everyone breakfast fast also included and good

It wasn’t expected this much of hygiene and comfort at given prices, i had booked due to location considering other things may be okay and i was mentally ready for the same but what a wonderful staff start from the reception till the room boy, i must say they deserve all stars coz they have done superb job, and guess all this came at very affordable prices, i would love to stay again,(only thing they are lacking is suite room rest all 👌🏻)

Hotel was neat and tidy with good room service and smooth check-in experience. This is a family and business hotel and couples not allowed hence suitable for family with elders and small children. Freshly renovated the hotel is very clean and tidy. However our experience suffered when we asked for room cleaning on the second day but from morning till night 11pm we didn't get any despite asking for several times. There were red ants in the bed for some reason hence we needed the cleaning. Out of three days of stay room cleaning was done only once. Other than that there was no service issue and we found the front desk staff very polite. Location is also very good. W the hotel provides simple buffet breakfast but since timings are from 8am till 10am we choose not to try that and prefer sleeping till late. Hotel provides dental kit, comb and room toiletries however tea kit is missing. Well that's all.

The location is easily accessible, staff is supportive and the place was as described. A good family stay.

The stay was good but there was mosquito in room and towel was not cleaned properly… and there was no extra soap for hand wash only one soap was provided

Good and compact room for one day stay, especially very good for business travelers. Easy access to railway station.

Pls note there are two Voxton in vicinity of 1 km. This hotel is undergoing huge construction and fail to understand whybtgey have kept it open. I had to passed through shabby entrance. The breakfast area is outside and open to the construction area. The rooms are very small - can't think of double accommodation in such rooms. Most of the inhabitants are from other community where cleanliness doesn't mean anything.

. Upon his arrival, I was shocked to discover that the hotel was undergoing renovation—a crucial detail that was never communicated during the booking process. The room which was initially given was in an unacceptable condition, prompting my brother in law to request a change. Despite the room change, he and his wife was continuously disturbed by the incessant noise and disruptions from the ongoing renovation work throughout his stay. This experience was far from the relaxing stay that my brother in law had anticipated and utterly ruined by the constant noise and inconvenience. I expect better transparency and communication regarding such significant matters. My bookimg at Hotel Voxton was a complete letdown,

I have booked this stay as official 訂房網站 stay. I got issues with wifi which was not worked during my whole stay and surprisingly they didn't managed the ac as well as first day i need to change the room and in new again ac cooling is average
